Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable under specific conditions as mentioned in this policy.
  • All refund requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order unless stated otherwise.
  • Once an order is processed or a service is rendered, no refund will be provided.
  • SSL charge will not be refundable. 

2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • The ordered product or service is not delivered within the promised timeframe.
  • The delivered product or service does not match the description or agreed terms.
  • The product arrives in a damaged or defective condition (physical products only, with required proof such as an unboxing video).
  • The service cannot be provided due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.
  • If the ordered product does not match the mentioned specifications or fails to be delivered within the specified time, a refund will be applicable.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after the order has been confirmed.
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer leading to errors in service or product delivery.
  • If any policy violations occur, such as the misuse of a purchased service.
  • Any issue caused by customer negligence, system/device failure, or third-party interference.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Send Money), and bKash Merchant Gateway: 1 business day.
  • SSLCommerz Gateway: 7 to 10 business days.
  • Bank Transfers: 5 to 7 business days, depending on the bank’s processing time.

5. Return & Exchange Services

  • If a improper service is received, a return or exchange will be accepted by the proof.
  • If the service is out of stock, a refund will be issued; otherwise, an exchange will be offered.
  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted once the product has been used.

6. Service Cancellation & Refund

  • If a service is canceled before processing, a full refund will be issued.
  • If the service has partially commenced, a partial refund may be granted based on the work completed.
  • No refund will be provided after full completion of the service.

7. Refund Fees & Charges

  • If the refund is due to our fault, Black Coat will bear any applicable MFS or bank transaction fees.
  • If the refund is due to customer error, the customer must bear the transaction fees.
