Introduction:
Welcome to the “BlackCoat” App and Website. These Terms of Use (“Terms” or “Agreement”) constitute a legal agreement between you (the App User) and BlackCoat Authority.

USE THE APP/WEBSITE ONLY IF YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OTHERWISE DO NOT USE THE APP/WEBSITE.

We reserve the right to change or add to the policies of the App/Website at any time. You will be treated by us as a user of the App and as a client/recipient of legal services of the Advocate.

We trust that you will strictly comply with the following written terms:

1) The purpose of this app/website is only to provide legal informative content and to communicate with the legal advisor (advocate) based on the needs of the client.

2) You as an app user can get answers to any type of legal query through free “quick chat” with an advocate. App user registration will be deemed to be canceled if any private picture/indecent words or speech is provided in “Quick Chat”.

3) For any legal services, if you want to contact an advocate through BlackCoat app on mobile / meet in chambers, we will connect you with the advocate after paying the prescribed booking charge. If the app user fails to contact the advocate within 2 working days for meeting or mobile phone after giving the booking, or does not contact on his own will, then his booking will be considered as canceled and the booking fee is not refundable.

4) We (BlackCoat) only act as a third party to connect the client using the app with the advocate. We (BlackCoat App and Website) shall not be responsible in any way for any transaction, agreement, procedure or any problem between the client and the advocate after a client has contacted an advocate and authorized the advocate to handle the case in the power of attorney.

5) BlackCoat is an online platform that facilitates communication, connection and online consultation between lawyers and potential clients. It does not serve as a final decision-making medium for establishing professional relationships.

6) In the case of creating a client profile as an app user, if any wrong/false information is intentionally added to the profile, only the client using the app will be responsible for it. In this case, no advocate or (BlackCoat authority) shall be responsible in any way for false/incorrect information added by the client.

7) BlackCoat does not provide direct services to lawyers; It is only a platform that creates connection between users and lawyers.

8) The App User shall find and schedule an appointment with an Advocate at his/her own risk and discretion. In case the lawyer is not available in time, try contacting again after some time. Try contacting again especially in the afternoon/evening as advocates are usually busy with court work from 9 am to 12 pm.

9) You as a client have the right to change the advocate by obtaining (No Objection Certificate/No Objection Letter) from the advocate.

10) You (the app user) can find maximum number of advocates at the same time for your convenience (if the app has multiple advocates from the same category). We advise you that before accepting any legal services directly, discuss the legal services and subsequent legal issues with an advocate. In this case, it is specifically mentioned that before taking legal services with any advocate, you should know and decide all kinds of legal fees and transaction process, there (BlackCoat App and Website Authority) has no link and (BlackCoat App/Website Authority) will not be responsible for it in any way.

11) You are solely responsible for all communications and transactions you make with Lawyers through BlackCoat. BlackCoat does not provide any legal advice and does not provide legal services.

12) BlackCoat does not provide direct service to customers; accepts no responsibility for personal or business information.

Clarification of lawyer-client relationship:
BlackCoat is a platform that enables communication between lawyers and potential clients; However, this does not constitute a direct relationship of the user with the lawyers. Communication through BlackCoat alone will not create an attorney-client relationship.

Responsibilities and limitations:
BlackCoat disclaims liability for misuse of false information, activity against the government, inappropriate language, false or misleading information, etc. It acts only as an online platform and reserves the right to remove or modify any advocate or user.

These Terms have been read and understood and agreed to by downloading the BlackCoat app and creating an account.
